She is the likes of KC Concepcion, Kim Chiu, Tony Gonzaga, who are some of the stars that projects wholesome image and are role models to young people.

ABC-CBN reports:

Singer Sarah Geronimo has distanced herself from the alleged break-up of John Lloyd Cruz and his non-celebrity girlfriend, fashion editor Liz Uy. Geronimo, who is being rumored to be the reason behind the alleged separation, maintained that she has no right to interfere because it is a private matter. She added that Cruz and Uy are the only ones who can shed light on the issue. “At hindi naman ako gagawa ng isang bagay na ayokong mangyari sa akin balang araw,” she told ABS-CBN News. Vicky Belo admitted sex video with Hayden Kho

Popular cosmetic surgeon Dr. Vicky Belo on Friday admitted that she also made a sex video with her former beau, Dr. Hayden Kho.

In a press conference Friday night, Belo's lawyer Adel Tamano said her client was forced to make the admission after the sex video of her tryst with Kho started circulating on the Internet. Rumors about the alleged sex video started after Sen. Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. revealed that Kho had made 40 sex videos of his trysts with various women including sexy actress Katrina Halili.

Tamano said the sex video was created using a computer with a built-in webcam. He said Belo agreed to shoot the video provided that it would be deleted immediately.

"This was a purely private video between two consenting adults...She didn't say she felt betrayed pero ganun na din," Belo's lawyer said.

Tamano said Belo asked Kho's friend, Eric Chua, to confiscate Kho's hard drive upon learning that Hayden did not delete the sex video. He said Belo also admitted that her company, the Belo Medical Group, owns the hard drive where the videos are stored.

Belo confirmed that there are other sex videos stored in Kho's computer but denied that she had a hand in circulating the same on the Internet. "She did not release these videos and in fact she is very saddened by what has happened. She condemns the release and circulation of these videos," Tamano said.

Tamano said his client will submit an affidavit to the National Bureau of Investigation to explain her side in the controversy. Belo, Kho and Chua have been summoned by the NBI after the sex scandal was first exposed.

Belo said she and Kho remain friends but are no longer together. The popular surgeon earlier had a public falling-out with Kho after learning that he had affairs with other women. [ABS-CBn NEWS]

Patrick Swayze is not dead

Rumors that Patrick Swayze died this morning are not true. Actors representative has denied that Patrick Swayze is dead, reports STV.

However, this morning a source from Germany RP Online reported that according to California based KissFM Radio Patrick Swayze died. We visited radio station's website and could not find any such report. If there was one, it was probably already removed.

Two credible sources make reference to Patrick Swayze's representative who denied actor's death rumors. ET Online quotes his representative who says "This is to confirm that Patrick Swayze did not pass away this morning contrary to severely reckless reports stemming from a radio station in Jacksonville, Florida. Patrick Swayze is alive, well and is enjoying his life and he continues to respond to treatment." The second denial is from STV, who runs a story also denying Swayze's death rumors, based on the same information from actor's representative.

Miss California, Carrie Prejean, is still Miss California

Miss California’s troubles started when she expressed her opinion and beliefs at the Miss USA pageant last month. Obviously, she is the type of a person who is strong and not afraid to express her beliefs. Some women will compromise their beliefs in order to get the crown. Then she was accused of lying about an old topless photo taken when she was a teen. Now they want her crown back. But Carrie Prejean is not alone in her never ending battles. She also won some victories and good people to her side. First, Donald Trump had announced that Carrie would keep her crown which caused Miss California pageant director Shanna Moakler to resign.
Secondly, another big name has also come to her defense – Sarah Palin.

The Alaska governor released a statement Wednesday night slamming "the liberal onslaught of malicious attacks" against Prejean, 21, who first ignited controversy for coming out against same-sex marriage at last month's Miss USA pageant.

"I can relate, as a liberal target myself," Palin said. "What I find so remarkable is that these politically-motivated attacks fail to show that what Carrie and I believe is also what President Obama and Secretary Clinton believe -- marriage is between a man and a woman."
Continued Palin: "I applaud Donald Trump for standing with Carrie during this time. And I respect Carrie for standing strong and staying true to herself, and for not letting those who disagree with her deny her protection under the nation's First Amendment Rights."
"Our Constitution protects us all -- not just those who agree with the far left," Palin went on.

Nikki Catsouras crash photos lawsuit - update

Story of graphic crash photos again in spotlight
Appellate court ruling expected soon on case involving grisly photos leaked onto Internet.
The Orange County Register

LADERA RANCH – The tragic story of car-crash victim Nikki Catsouras went national again this week as her family awaits a legal ruling on a case that touches on privacy, harassment and image control in cyberspace.

Newsweek magazine, in its May 4 newsstand issue, documents the saga of how leaked images of Nikki's lifeless body have created a legal and emotional nightmare for her Ladera Ranch family.

As first reported in The Orange County Register, the Catsouras family sued the California Highway Patrol after images of Nikki's body began circulating on the Internet soon after a horrific car crash on Halloween Day in 2006.

Nikki, 18, had taken her father's Porsche without permission and, moving at speeds estimated at 100 mph, was killed when she lost control of the sports car and slammed into a concrete toll booth on the 241 toll road in Lake Forest.

Soon, nine images of her nearly decapitated body began appearing on Web sites and in e-mails sent anonymously to her family. Some who posted Web site comments or sent e-mails taunted the family; parents Lesli and Christos and three younger sisters.

The CHP later apologized for the leak, blaming it on two employees. Accident-scene photos are routinely used for investigative purposes but legally are not supposed to be disseminated publicly.

The Catsouras family and their attorneys, Keith Bremer and Tyler Offenhauser, are awaiting an appellate court ruling that might keep the lawsuit alive in civil court.

An Orange County Superior Court judge previously dismissed the lawsuit – for negligence, privacy invasion and infliction of emotional harm, among other charges – saying Nikki's rights to privacy did not extend to her grieving family.

The 4th District Court of Appeal in Santa Ana has until June 1 to decide whether to send the case back to be heard for trial or keep it dismissed. Bremer said he is hopeful the Catsouras family will prevail.

"We continue to remain optimistic," Bremer said. "The 4th District will see it as we see it as a duty to protect the surviving family."

Attorney Jon Schlueter, who represents Aaron Reich, one of the two CHP employees named in the lawsuit, said: "This is a time for the lawyers to be quiet and wait for the (appellate court) to make its ruling."

Nikki Catsouras Crime Scene Photos

Nikki Catsouras has long been dead from a horrible accident that happened in 2006, but because of two CHP dispatchers, who leaked her crime scene photos, the photos have gone around thousands of websites and blogs and the Catsouras family couldn’t do anything to remove them from the internet. Now, Nikki's family is suing CHP for $20 million dollars.

The story:
18-year-old Nikki Catsouras was killed in a car crash. A few days later, Catsouras' teenage cousin - answering a text message - flipped open her cellphone and was confronted with a picture of the mortally wounded Nikki, who suffered massive head trauma and lost most of her face and head, at the scene.
While Catsouras was still being mourned, more pictures from the scene were anonymously posted on the dead girl's formerly benign MySpace page, and they are now - without the family's consent, which is not needed - being used in at least one criminal-law class at a local community college. (Police admitted on Tuesday that an officer leaked the pictures; the family has filed a $20 million lawsuit.)
"It's evil," says Lesli Catsouras, Nikki's mother. "It's evil, and this was done maliciously, as a joke, and it has devastated our lives completely. People should know that this can happen to them."

This is very sad and indeed can happen to anybody.
